The comparative presentation in accordance with section 162 (1) no. 2 AktG shows the annual change in the compensation of current and former members of the Executive Board as well as members of the Supervisory Board, the development of earnings of the the Group and the development of the average compensation of a full-time employee of the the Group over the last five years.
For employee compensation, the average personnel expenses excluding company pension costs are used. This reflects the total compensation of employees worldwide.
For members of the Executive Board, the compensation awarded or due in the fiscals 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 is used in accordance with section 162 AktG.
